This form allows me to assess suitability, lifestyle compatibility, and overall preparedness. Placement is not first-come. Each kitten is placed based on best fit for both kitten and home.
An application does not reserve a kitten. Upon approval, a contract must be requested in order to proceed. A kitten is considered reserved only once a completed contract has been signed and the reservation-to-adopt fee has been received.
Allow adequate time to complete this application thoroughly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
